Sitech Surveying Services has been involved from its instigation in numerous prestigious construction projects including Bluewater and the Channel Tunnel rail link. Our surveyors are fully experienced in all aspects of site work. All are aware of current health and safety procedures

Boundary Surveys

Boundary surveys are undertaken by our surveyors using the latest instrumentation. Surveys are produced digitally with transfer to hard copy if required. Surveyed boundaries can be readily compared with existing records or Ordnance Survey data. 80% of all boundary disputes are resolved in this manner. If required, areas and site dimensions can be quickly and easily supplied.

Estate and Facilities

Sitech Surveying Services is very experienced at undertaking full estate and facilities surveys. Initially a full topographic survey of the site is undertaken followed by a comprehensive survey to locate all underground services. This aspect is done using the latest ground radar and electromagnetic service locators. All existing site records are checked and if relevant, incorporated into the final data.

Final data provides a comprehensive record of all known site geography and services. This information is "layered" within the computer model enabling specific viewing and plotting of information.

Monitoring for Movement and/or Deformation

Using precision instrumentation with sub millimetre accuracies, detection of movement in almost any structure is possible. This can be relative or absolute. Specialist equipment and trained staff can be made available. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
